HAPPY HALLOWEEN

OCTOBER NEWSLETTER

Ø                  Bring a friend week September 29th-October 4th.  If your friend is interested in joining call Kim at 412-287-0515 and you will receive a $10 referral.
Ø                  HALLOWEEN — Students may dress up from October 27th to November 1st and if you would like to bring a treat you may. (no icing treats)
Ø                  Thanksgiving Break — Nov. 25th-Dec 1st.  Classes resume Dec. 2nd..
Ø                  All payments are due the first of each month and any payment not paid by the 15th of the month will receive a late fee of $5.00.  If you have any questions regarding your account contact Kim Stewart @ 412.287.0515.
Ø                  Our website (www.sandralynnsdance.com) will include: all newsletters for the month, classes cancelled due to weather, the class schedule and yearly calendar.  There will also be a newsletter posted in the hall.
Ø                  At the end of the year the person with the most referrals will win a $25.00 credit.

THEME CONTEST

Submit a theme for the annual dance recital for a chance to win a ¼ page in the Program Book plus special recognition at the dance recital.
KymsKidsGym Greensburg on Wednesday 2:45-3:30pm, 4:45-5:30 & 7:30-8:15pm
        These classes are for newborn to five year olds.  We are also offering a $10.00 referral credit to anyone you invite that registers. 
 

FUNDRAISERS 

1.        Hershey and M&M candy bars to sell.  The price for a case is $29.00 payable in advanced and you will make $23.00 profit on a case of 52. Contact Kim Stewart at 412-287-0515 to order candy bars. 

2.        JOE CLARK CANDIES--Purchase all your Christmas Candy and ask your friends, to receive a nice profit (Last year it was a 25% profit).  Forms will be available in the studio during October.  Turn orders in to the studio by November 14th.  The money is due (the cost — profit) when you pick up the order the 1st part of December.  The student with the highest sales will receive a ½ page in the program book!!
  1. LOGO APPAREL--Ask at work who does there logo apparel and see if you can submit a bid.  If they order from LogoWear Direct you will make 50cents on each item.  This is a cash profit to you!

 

ALL CLASSES HAVE BEEN EVALUATED AND WE HAVE MADE THE APPROPRIATE CHANGES.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING WITH ANY CHANGES.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE STUDENTS ARE PLACED CORRECTLY TO RECEIVE THE PROPER EDUCATION.  IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CLASS PLACEMENT, FIRST NOTIFY THE TEACHER AND THEN THE OFFICE.

YOU CAN ALSO RECEIVE YOUR GIRL SCOUT DANCE BADGE, CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION.

 

Please remember to follow the dress code.  Pre-School: Black leotard and Pink tights and Pink Ballet shoes and Black Tap shoes.  The first of the month you may wear whatever color you would like.

 

April 25th is Cinderella and we will need to move the tickets sales.
